Any followers of my threads know I own and look after several other peoples property in Duquesa Village.
Anyway I have paying holiday guests staying at one of my client's properties and they "fell in love with Duquesa Village", some of you may think this amazing but it is true.
Seriously the place is getting better, and these people want to buy preferably phase one or two, preferably three bedroom but they would consider a nice two bed. Furnished or not is not important.
The other thing we are finding is that DV is becoming an area long term rental clients are increasingly looking at, ( because it is so peaceful and the apartments are all brand new, as well as being higher quality than most others on the rental market ), so if anyone is happy to let long term and cover the mortgage, let us know and we will start looking for clients for you.
