Short/long term rental in Marbella

Hi All

Just a note to say we have had our properties in Duquesa Village for over a year now. We also look after quite a number of apartments for other people. We have had floods, power cuts you name it.

We sucessfully let our properties both long term and short term in the Village, so if anyone wants to let, drop us a line. Additionally if anyone needs any help setting up their apartment we can advise on electricians, bathroom fittings and how best to complete snagging and getting utilities on.

Thanks for the details...bear it in mind...and i remember your flood too.

do any of your tenants have dogs do you know?  you will have seen the string on here about it.  if it does become a problem it will damage the image of DV and thus the potential for letting as you can most probably realise.

Yep, we also have used Gary and Yvonne and they have been a great help to us over the last 6 months or so.

Its comforting to know they are there to deal with any property management/rental issues that may arise.

Yvonne and Gary have been invaluable to us since March when we completed. They helped with snagging, furnishing and lots of other things. It has meant we could have a restful summer holiday in the apartment. Thanks to both of you. And they are still looking after our apartment in our absence.
