Hi

Got a call from the buidler this morning to say the habitation cert had been granted. Just wondering if anyone else could confirm that and whether the electricity etc had switched from the builders supply

Hi

Just wondering if anyone had purchased a car parking space like me. In the contract i for for it, it clearly states that the size of the parking space would be 13m2 and a communal parking area(not sure what this means) of 19m2. I seen the space i had allocated a couple of weeks ago and you would just about fit a car on it. This is clearly in breach of the contract. Just wondering if anyone else had this experience

Just wanted to confirm that people are paying VAT(7%) on the full value of the apartment rather than 80% of the apartment

I was planning on completing on the apartment over the next 2 weeks. I wonder does this mean i will have to await for the builder returns for this to happen
