Hi, I have property at Thalassa, does anyone know how to rent this out, and what rates are realistic - has anyone used MRI as they seem to be steep (18%) and probably not very good at renting!?! Same for resales - we are in the block with the pool /sea views at the back of the development with the largest patios, has anyone tried to resell to get an idea of what it has gone up by since we bought it? Any agents you would recommend here or spain?.
