Any chance of posting some photos so we can see progress? we are on Phase 1 block 12 so anything of that area, the pool and surroundings would be great. Are the tennis courts, kids playground, covered parking and walkways finished and planted on Phase I? Great to hear there is a lifeguard for the pool. Have they laid tarmac on the road at the top of the development behind our blocks?
When we were out in January, the commercial area near the water park was up and running but a bit sparse. A Consum and an Asian restaurant. Any other shops in there now? Have the houses over the road at Salinas completed and are people moving into them?
