Having just recently (8/5/07), returned from the area, I hope that the picture's I've taken give a clear indication of the current state of play!
I was in the area for approx: 12 days, and did notice that the place was swarming with tradesmen & women on every day including the Spanish Bank Holiday!!!
I would definately give the on-site workers 10 out of 10 for effort, but KeyMare are in a league of their own!! Their communication skills are sketchy to say the least!
We were given our "snagging" date over 12 weeks ago, and a potential completion/key-exchange date for mid-July however, despite having received this information in writing, we were unable to verbally have this information confirmed in a face-to-face meeting! A simple case of "the right hand not knowing what the left hand is up to!!"
Regardless of the problems, I am fast becoming accustomed to adopting the Spanish way of life, the laid-back, horizontal position, I find, is by far the comfiest! Try It! You too could become a fan!!
