Hiya all, newbie here after any advice on livng and working in Spain please.

Hello all,

Has anybody managed to get a response from the people that are running our community for Phase1?  I sent my payment on 8/5/07 by bank transfer to the bank details at the foot of the invoice and have not had a response from them.  I have e-mailed them three times asking them to confirm receipt of my payment and I have tried two telephones numbers at different times of the day and get no answer.

I have tried the telephone number for Housing administracion de Fincas and also the number for the MSB Solicitors & accountants at the same address at La Manga Club with no joy!

The e-mail address I have been sending to is info@housingcomunidades.com.

Do they have short working hours or changed their telephone numbers?  Any clues for reassurance would be greatly appreciated.

I have emailed via a PM you a couple of direct email addresses - we got a receipt from a lady called Rosa at MSB.  Hope you get it sorted - there should be no problem - but Moira our President is away until 27th May and I suggest if you get no joy, then contact her.  PM if you want her email address.
