Macarena 2 urbanisation, Orihuela Costa, Costa Blanca

Hi All,

We have bought on phase 3 at Roda and recently discovered that we are in fact phase 3B. We didn't realise that there was a phase B !. Just wondering if anyone has been out there lately any if much progress has been made on phase 3.

Also, has anyone bought furniture at Ikea

We have just got back last night and are also on 3B .all the blocks are up to 1st floor and have been told to expect completion Feb/March 2008. We rented an apt on P1 and are very impressed with it all

We are also on Phase 3, and was unaware there was a phase 3B as well. Please advise the contact person @ Roda who clarified your position for you. Also did they give you estimated completion dates?
