I stayed on phase 1 last week and was concerned at the amount of dogs on the resort is there nothing about keeping pets in the contract or the commiunity rules.There was 1 dog beside where we stayed at the barking was going on till all hours of the night .iam sure there is a rule about noise levels from people so why not dogs as well

You have caused quite a stir on the Corvera link, pehaps some of those owners are leaving their dogs on Roda's phase 1 to get back at you!

may be your right i better not say were abouts i bought on roda or ill be in trouble,but its just my view on covera iam glad i bought on roda instead

We have bought on Corvera! You shouldn't feel you may be in trouble - everyone has a right to their own opinion. Yours was right for you, afterall what a boring world we would live in if everyone had the same ideas and point of view.

When we purchased at Roda we checked that dogs would be allowed on the complex. This was confirmed but I think it is important that there are 'dog free' areas like the children playgrounds, dog bins and rules about keeping on lead, clearing up mess, barking etc.
We have a very quiet, friendly chocolate labrador and if we stay for a while she will need to come with us. Hopefully the community associations will develop the rules necessary to keep everyone happy and encourage responsible dog owners.

Just got back from a rather wet week at Roda !
I did see a white greyhound a couple of times wandering around without an owner, not sure if this was just a stray that happened to get in, which could explain the dogs mess on one of the communal areas by the pool my children were playing in !!

last year we stayed in an apartment in senoir roda.there is a bungalow behind the church through thetraffic lights which has 3 or more dogs which are kept outside and did bark an awful lot during the night,It is possible that it could be these ones that you are hearing,depending on which apartment you stayed in.
