Dear Roda gang. What do you think of the property market news of a slowdown, we have just paid first deposit on Phase 4 now worried that it may be overpriced as Roda refused to negotiate! Anyone going to use Roda to rent with and what is furniture pack like? worth the money? Also, any tips on where to get cheap jacuzzi and air con as Roda are over priced!
