Signing on the Padron

I have just received an e-mail from Palmera Properties regarding the ongoing saga. So for all you fellow Amarionairs here we go.

 

Please be informed that work has re-commenced on site but it is a little bit stop & start at the moment as the builder is sharing out his workforce between 3 different promotions to try to get them all finished at the same time. I am told the plan was to close the Alicante office but not so suddenly, the lady that was running the office has recently been taken ill & this is why the office closed.

We have been in touch with clients on the promotion because the letter we translated & sent out on behalf of the builder late last year still stands. the next time you hear from us should be in reference to completion.

hi harvey, i've had no e'mail but I 'phoned them in Belamadena this afternoon and the answers were much the same as your e'mail . I said that what they are saying is very hard to believe and as far as I was concerned no work has been carried out for the last 18 months, They did not question me on that but said they only say what the builder tells them! When I said that I would be looking to cancel my contract in the near future she advised me not as the builder had nearly gone bankrupt and was now going to finnish all the developments he had.  I then upset her some more by saying that the advice was not asked for .my parting remarkes were to say how the support we have had from them amounted to nil and the were as much use as a chocolate fireguard

Hi Harvey, I received a similar email yesterday from Rachel at Palmera, practically the same.  We too are considering cancelling our contract - I'll write this on the right thread though.....!
