I know of people who have been offered alternative apartments in Almoradi by Palmera Properties instead of Amarion 111

The apartments in question are Miraflores.

I have just had an e-mail from Gwilliam Rhys Jones Solicitor acting on behalf of the COSTA DEL SOL action group who are taking legal action against GRUPO MIRADOR for similar things that they are doing as GRUPO URBASA., PALMERA PROPERTIES HEAD OFFICE in BENALMADENA has now closed down and is deserted, NO STAFF,NO PHONE CALLS etc etc.

Gwillam is making good headway against this bunch of robbing B......S with the help of NAOMI WEBB.

Since in my opinion it seems almost certain that we will never see our money back or get our apartments is'nt it about time we found a good ENGLISH SPEAKING SPANISH SOLICITOR in ALMORADI or surrounding area who has a good knowledge of what is going on with GRUPO URBASA and PALMERA PROPERTIES with regards this PROJECT.?

How long does it take to do an INTERNAL AUDIT? GRUPO URBASA are taking the P..S in my opinion.!

How many people are interested in taking this route? and form a COSTA BLANCA ACTION GROUP?

There are 40 Fully paid up members in the CDSAG and they are making a lot of headway and chances are they are going to get there money back, or at the very least some of it which is better than nothing which is what we are getting from GRUPO URBASA!

From what Gwillam tells me it will cost each of us around 750 EUROS each

The people responsible down on the COSTA DEL SOL are now RUNNING SCARED with PRISON SENTENCES hanging over some of these SCRUPULUS people

Interested to hear what your replies are?

I am receiving a lot of feed back from the Costa Del Sol action group through Gwillam Rhys Jones.They are taking court action against GRUPO MIRADOR but also PALMERA PROPERTIES. From the information that I have just received today Palmera are now under severe pressure for re-payments to be made.I have an apartment in Amarion 111 Costa Blanca and was wondering HOW MANY people who have property in AMARION 111 have joined up to the COSTA DEL SOL action group?

Also how many of you have received your e-mail and letter confirming GRUPO URBASA's Explanation of past and future events regarding building completion work on Amarion 111? Information received is that they have not got very many contacts of there customer base to inform due to the fact that PALMERA PROPERTIES will not hand over details of there sales to GRUPO URBASA.

I think from what I am reading into The end of OCTOBER is D-DAY, with regards AMARION 111!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
