Yesterday i spoke with Diego Doblass of grupo mirador and his assistant Maria, if you get intouch with them at the malaga office they will generally speak to you now and tell you the situation, ask for Maria , diegos assistant as she speaks very good english, they have told me there are no more problems with la perla , all building work so they say is to start now, the licences are sorted, he told me he is sending me a letter in a day of two tranlated in English explaining all, he says build completion for apt/hotel is 18 to 24 months from now, i asked about our contracts and he said there lawyers are drafting them up now and in the next 3 to 4 months new contracts etc and details of dev and apts will be sent to us probably through pp, i asked if we would be able to sell the contract also before completion and he said we would not be able to do this as part of the contract, he says we can only resell after completion then we can do what we like with it ,he said because of all problems in spain over the last couple of years the laws are changing there , and i suppose after what has gone on here over the last few years i would aggree, i spoke with anita yesterday at pp who i must say seems alot more helpfull than what was there before who i told what the builder had said, she said its a catch 22, you either believe the builder is telling truth as he had told pp the sameand give it another 4 months to come up with contracts or go to court for deposits back in the slowest legal system in the world, maria at mirador has told me to ring her back today and hopefully she said she wiil find out more info,anita says the builder knows about the bad press in uk and on internet and wants to sort it out ,

                                                                         we go to court on 1st of october,appreciated all rob has done with getting info off grupo mirador and the article in the sunday paper last week,its being going on for 5 years this month for us and we do find it difficult to remain positive about the situation i think the incentive to keep at it is to make sure that companies  like palmera and grupo mirador do not get away with the disgraceful way they have and still are treating us all,here,s hoping for a successfull solution in the coming months

Hello all

I have also managed to speak to Diego Doblas from Mirador.two weeks ago. He asked me to send him a fax asking all the questions I wanted to know. He more or less told me the same as Rob Hayles. There are two ways to go either try for money back or after waiting so long  (5 yrs) we may be missing out on our original investment.  Perhaps they will be happy giving money back so that they can sell at a much higher price. Who knows. I have been in touch with The Rights Group (which includes genuine lawyers)  in Marbella who seem to know a lot about PP and Mirador. I am waiting for an email from them explaining what can be done if you wish to pursue your money  back.

 thanks to all of you who are doing such a good job with getting all of this info on this sorry mess,  we  are all in the same boat,cant resell, have to take them to court etc. and dont you think it is strange that now we want to resell, is the time the law is changing,very fishy, they have been making thousands of pounds doing this over a long time, but .we cant.     i know that the ivesters situation is all wrong,  and while i agree that these speculators need to be stopped as thy are the ones pushing property price up, it could not have come at a worse time for us.       all most of us want is to do is recover the money they are holding.plus interest, and be done with this mess

    i have asked my lawyer about what we have been told from pp regardi ng the law being changed on resales.    he has said that the law has not been changed, but pp have been stopped from selling, and reselling aparts again and again.    he did not say who had stopped them,so anyone got any more info on that.

i would srongly urge and advise all of us here who havent already employed a lawyer and the ones who have also if they so wish to now send the 250 euros to gwilym at the costa del action group for the joining fee , as he has explained to me today we will be alot more powerfull in court if we go after them as a group and not individuals, if there are say 10 of us this wil become a criminal case with possible jail terms for those found guilty ,it will also be a lot cheaper as the lawyers costs will be approx 4/5000 euros so it will be if say 10 of us 4 to 500 euros each, if you go it alone the figure i was quoted off maria de castro for criminal litigation case would end up being 4000 euros as well ,  i srongly advise nobody to believe this developer as i had an email from them today saying they do not owe me any money and that they had not recieved my deposit from pp, i have emailed them back telling them not to take me for a fool and that they know fine well that as i bought a resale apt my contract clearly states that i have paid the orriginal invester this deposit back + capital interest on the contract 0f an additional 28,000 euros , so as it stands at the moment it would seem any of us here who bought a resale apt is not reccognised as owning the contract for the apt they have purchased, in other words we have been swindled and i urge everybody not to believe a word this grupo mirador says , they will tell you anything to delay you taking them to court

I URGE EVERYBODY TO JOIN COATA DEL SOL  ACTION AND SEND GWILYM THE 250 EUROS JOINING FEE, THE MORE OF US FIGHTING THIS THE CHEAPER AND MORE POWERFULL WE WILL BE, WE HAVE GOT TO MAKE A STAND AS THESE PEOPLE MIGHT DO THIS TO SOMEONE ELSE AND IT HAS TO STOP, WE ALL NEED TO DO THIS TOGETHER FOR OUR MONEY AND JUSTICE

i am flying to spain on wednesday to meet up with Gwilym of Costa Del Action Group to have a meeting with there lawyers , i will be taking all documents with me but if there is something anybody wants me to ask for them etc get in touch with me by email or on here etc, i will be starting to get the ball rolling for us so the more who want in as i have said before the cheaper it will be etc

just got back yesterday from spain , c.d.s

met with the lawyers and gwilym, had an exellent meeting with them, basically i would advise everybody now to join us at costa del sol action group if you want your money returned , the lawyer told me that what has been going on is a crimminal fraud case but we have to do this together as if we go alone with the deposits we have paid it doesnt add up to a large amount of money swindled , if we all join as one group case the money is a really large amount and in spain there will deff be a criminal fraud investigation by the police in malaga which could be serious for those involved if money not returned to us , i also visited the site at la perla, i spoke with the sale person in the sales office there, she was selling auro la perla , i asked her if they were building at the front which she repplied to me they were and it was an apt/hotel, i asked her if this was grupo mirrador and she said no and showed me the name of the developer who is now building there, she even tried to sell me an apt, i told this to the lawyer and we all aggreed that it now sounds like mirador have infact probbably sold the land on, he says it is easy for him to find this out and he will be intouch with me in a couple of days, he told me he has had prevoius dealings with pp for nearly 30 years and we have an exellent case for our money to be returned as he says if like me you have waited 3 years and more and nothing it is not going to happen, he said these people are trained to tell you any excuse and hopefully you will eventually go away while they keep your money , i would now addvise everybody to take the blinkers off and not believe a word these people tell you and all join as one for our money or you will never see it or an apt ever , its time we all have to wake up ,. it might cost us a little money in fees etc but it will be worth it , these people have been doing this for a long time and its our time to get our money retturned or see what happens in court if we dont, there is no la perla de mirador , i have given my joining fee to costa del sol action group and i hope you all do the same, i have given the lawyer power of attourny for us also , i have done my bit now you people who want your money back do the same
