Apartments at La Perla De Mirador

I purchased an apartment off-plan nearly 3 years ago at La Perla.  Have visited twice a year over that time.  Last time was May this year when one dumper truck was on site - no-one else around at all.  I was told completion would be by June 07 - anyone heard anything.  Would be interested to see if this development actually goes ahead!!

Spoke to jason at palmera yesterday , same old story,  says he has herd rumours build licence has been approved but as yet has not seen it , he thinks build work will start by xmas but i not holding my breath, one positive i had recently was i looked on sfera hotels web site ohw are advertising la perla on the web, i emailed them asking when i could hire a room at hotel, they replied telling hotel due for completion some time 2008 , personally i think the earliest if at all this dev being completed will be end of 2008
