Just spoke to Palmeira. Not much info. Apparantly still waiting for the official copy of the building licence from Mirador. Building work is going very slow at the moment due to christmas hols. Resales are still frozen until Palmeira have seen the building licence. I have been in touch with the Town Hall in Mijas found a helpful English person called Louise,she said if I could provide her with the building licence number and builders name she will speak to the Town Hall in Benalmadena (I'v had trouble getting through). If any one has the building licence number I would appreciate this, its very doubtful if anyone has. I have a builders contact name. Has anyone any better news??????
