How much longer?

We won our case against the banks in Nov 23. The court was decisive. However the decision has been applealed to the supreme court and our solicitors have counter appealed this. They cannot give us a date for a hearing or any idea of a timeline. Any body else been in this situation and if so how long did you wait??? Cannot believe we were young and stupid 2005 is a long time ago.
