Majestic Hills Villas

New to the forum so hoping to get some good local advice from people who live in / know the area. 
 

I'm planning on moving over with my family permanently. We have come across the Casares Costa area and really liked it so have been looking at places to buy. We came across what I think is called Majestic Villas which is behind or between the Majestic Apartments and Majestic Gardens. As you take a right off the MA8300 and go past the security hut, then straight on, there is a second mini around about and ahead are the big villas on the high raised ground. 
 

I'm interested to know if anyone has any background story here. There's some big beautiful villas that are complete and look new and possibly are lived in. There's lots of empty plots and some with the skeleton of an unfinished villa. From the looks of my research, it's been that way for some years. The ones that are finished look amazing. The area seems nice. Close to the beach, Estepona etc. What am I missing here? Why are there so many unfinished and empty plots? 
 

One we saw online for sale looks incredible but has been on for 2 years so something's wrong, right? 

Anyone live in one of these villas or know what the story is?

You should definitely rent before you buy, then you can do your own research on various locations,I don't know the area you are referring to but it doesn't sound a desirable place to live I think you are attracted by the cheap asking price and not looking at the big picture like living on a unfinished site that will be that way for the foreseeable future.

I don't know what location you are referring to but I think you are quite right. When you don't know what the apartment is like, rent it first. If you find a suitable time, you can negotiate with the Among Us owner to buy the apartment back.

Does this mean the Supreme court will most likely overturn your two successful Estepona cases or what can your appeal to European Commission do - can EU Commission force the  speed stars unblocked Spanish Supreme court change their rulings and go back to the original interpretation??

From what you describe, the location doesn’t seem very appealing retro bowl, and it feels like the low price is the main attraction rather than the overall quality of life, especially if the site is likely to remain unfinished for a long time.
