I am representing a client in London, who has been advised on the Majestic / Stirling mortimer property fund. I have now been told via a source in the Midlands they have yet again made numerous staff redundances and there is now just a handfull of staff remaining. Has anyhting been built on Majestic Hills / Gardens / Villas / Village / Dona Julia and their latest development in La Heredia area???

I am very hesitant on advising my clients on placing funds in developments that will not be built.

There seems to be no communication from this company that carries any weight!!!!

I know all the owners talk about our fabulous development now its finished but  I just wanted to give others out there a look at where we are now after the community has worked tirelessly to make this development as wonderful as it now is !!!!!  Ive uploaded a few pictures for you all !

Yes the development looks great! I have seen it recently. In my opinion it is one of the best urbanisations I have seen in the area. And I like Casares Costa very much.
