IBI payment

Has anyone actually managed to make this payment themselves online?

I am going round in circles on agenciatributaria DOT carm DOT es mostly coming to 404 page not available notices. 

On my banking online, this is a non starter as there is no IBAN on my invoice.  Ive also tried to upload it and set up as a standing order but the invoice isnt accepted.

Help please!! I will not be in Spain in person in time to walk into branch, and I can't believe there is no way of doing this other than emailing it to my bank manager in FA which I'm reluctant to do at this stage.

Here is the website you require. Just insert the Matricula(an 8 digit no found at the top of your latest bill),the town you live in and your NIE no. Just click on the left button on your new screen when you have arrived there after entering the above. This should take you to your Latest Bill with a Bar Code on it. Good Luck

I thought we'd cracked it until I realised this was for Murcia City, not Region 😣

I've now emailed 3 different email addresses to find out how I do it directly through online banking as none of the details on my invoice are being identified.

I tried to do it last year and failed.  I even went into the bank to ask about paying by direct debit, but they said no.  This year I paid my solicitor a one-off charge of 30 euro and it is now set up and appears in my list of direct debits on my online banking.  It was worth the charge to relieve the frustration.
