Dear becy,

it seems a nice place. Its better and essential that you  go and visit and have a look around and ask all questions ( no matter how silly they might sound)😉😉

HAcienda alamo ,  has different styles of community, and each community has different administration ( adminsiters and runs and manage the community)

villas are lovely...if thats what you are interested in.

My brother owns there. He seem to really like it..

cant help about occupancy rate, but it does seem quiet when i visited last few months , But it is not a bad thing😉

I saw childrens park, and some spaces to bike around...

In the end it all depends on personal choice, what is it that you are looking for...

wish you the best and hope ypu find some answers and a home in the sun...

We are also, looking at potential properties, and will be checking here in this resort.

We have a list of other places to see but would be interested to check the Hacienda Alamo, - flats and the small townhouse villa.

is this resort, has good facilities, Some shops? I have read  about some good quality build and good priced flats with a pool .

but read about flies and smells? Is this normal in midland spain? Whats the age group of people living here? We are young family , not yet retired. Are there mix of nationalities?...

we were also offered offplan properties in other developments but skeptical about it.any advise is appreciated.

thanks in advance..

It looks quiet here, but seem nice as a home for some sun and  peace and tranquility.....

theres no shop inside the resort , but you can drive out to a supermarket, theres a clubhouse with nice golf course view, a bar and a small restaurant...

prices are good for the the quality  of the building and properties, many types and styles to choose from.

If you like golf, its a nice  place to play. Pools are shared within some community bounderies , some villas has private pools, golf  course views are lovely in some locations.

i think theres mix of nationalities, but have not seen many people, maybe in the summer.

Have a look around and have a feel for it. Goodluck.

Hi,

We completed in Oasis area of HDA in January and we have since been out a couple of times with lots of future trips out planned. We looked around the other nearby golf resorts and I believe that it is very much down to personal choice about what best suits you from each type of resort.

For us we were looking for somewhere that was friendly, was built to a good standard and seemed to have enough to keep our 2 sons occupied during visits. HDA has a large football pitch which charges 3 euros per hour per person, areas where a football can be kicked around, nice sized pool area at oasis which is currently being refurbished and lots and lots of good cycling lanes to bike around.

Some of the other golf resorts seem more established in relation to shops, bars etc. But HDA appers to have all of the needed infrastructure ready for when it becomes busier. Since October last year there appears to have been significant increases in people buying and there is very much a community feeling developing. In April there was a get together around Oasis pool with people from throughout HDA and communal drinks were certainly enjoyed. This has helped some of the kids to begin to get to know each other and I feel sure that this will continue throughout the summer.

Just let me know if there is anything more that I may be able to help with.
