HI

My name is suzy and i am a new owner of a two bedded apartment at the resort.  Two questions i would like info on.

1- how do I jion the owners furum.

2- what is all the information on the bank and legal proceedings with regard to the resort going inmto administration as per the email I recived this morning regarding this,

To get onto the owners forum speak to your president or Housing the administrators

If the developer has at last gone into adminstration this would be good news for the current owners, means banks get properties back and potentially become liable for all of the old community bills, maybe somebody can pick up the course

Are you suggesting the original developer has gone into administration or the banker that apparently purchased the resort?

No Hugh, I didn't say that, I was commenting on suzyhart's comments about receiving a notice and I understand in December, that Mr Rizo, the banker who took over the development from Caledonia, is in court regarding the outstanding community fees, for the large number of properties he still owns and where he hasn't paid any fees for almost 4 years

I am not connected to the site anymore but I would say that it would be a good thing, as there is a steady sale of properties and if the bank take back the course and club house maybe things might change for the better.

If Mr Rizo businesses are put into adminstration it means that anybody who has paid a deposit will lose their money and the banks should then become responsible for the back fees for a limited period of debt

i entirely agree with you, it could be much better for owners IF a sensible Administration company were to run the resort, problem is the banks, who are most likely to act as  Administrstor have also been reluctant to pay overdue fees, but there is hope, I hear Perelja may have benn transferred to a new consortium.

 

i only asked because your comment to Suzy did say

if the developer has gone intonAdministrstion

i was seeking clarification as the original developer was of coursecCalidona but Rizo apparently took it over, lock stock and barrel.

uncertain futures for many, still.
