Refugee rumor is tosh - take it with a pinch of salt.
We bought just over 12 months ago and love the place.
Very well specced properties. Communities and general areas maintained to a high standard, Corvera town close by with all your essential needs.
No operating golf course at the moment (but that doesn't bother us).
I would suggest you visit and get a feel for the place and speak to those who you bump into to get their views.
