Finally SADM closure.

I honestly believe Tony Malpass let himself be taken in and gave false assistance to others he used, to try and get the best result for himself.  He was repeatedly told by others that they wanted their money back but he organised enough people to make the construction work look viable. 

Thinking back If the question of law that people use now, had been applied before and at the time of the administration of San Jose and herrada del tollo there would have been a significant chance to get money returned without going through administration court costs.  

Sorry but the guy was misguided and foolish, but to make it worse he cost a lot of people a lot more money than they otherwise would have had to spend.   

I bet you we don't hear from him on here now eh.   That speaks volumes.   

Tony Malpass that was a name I hadnt wished to hear again ,I was one of the members who had to read his drivel all the time .I dont know what his motives were but he did a lot a lot of damage to some of the members .There was 800 deposits paid to them on that development what I wonder I know a lot were British but a lot were Spanish I wonder if they have had better luck than us getting our money back !!.we will probably never know .Going on these forums certainly brings back a lot of memories ,I remember the salesman (from Iceland ) I think in 2006 giving uus a bottle of Jumilla wine and telling us to open it when we moved in (we still have it ) do you think its ready to pour yet ?.Its strange though not that we could have done anything about it we had allready paid our monies but one of the last times we went out to see how the site was progressing he was a completly different guy ,he didnt have a good word to say about San Jose in fact lf anything he was trying to warn us about something ,but at the time his son who worked with him had been turned down for a permanent job with them, so we thought it was sour grapes on his part but who knows ?
