Hidrogea?

Hi

I'm moving to Mojon Hills and having great difficulty in getting an email address for Hidrogea water company. Also trying to get a phone number where I can speak to someone in English.

No problems at all with electricity supplier but impossible with water. Please can anyone help?

Thanks for replying. In the end I went to their offices in Cartagena and although I had to wait an hour and a half in a queue they did in the end sort everything out.

The situation was eventually resolved, but not before I had to wait for about an hour in line.

Hidrogea are notoriously difficult to contact directly by email. They don’t really use public email support like the electricity companies.

Best options are:

• Use the online contact form on their website (there’s a drop-down to request contact).

• Call their customer service number and ask for an English speaker — availability is hit-and-miss, but some operators do speak English.

• If possible, go in person to a Hidrogea office or ask a gestor/estate agent to help — this is often the quickest solution.

Unfortunately, patience ( Drift Hunters or local help) is usually required with Hidrogea.
