Phase 3 swimming pool

Hi all,

does anybody know how the pool is coming on. when i was there late Januray they had retiled the showers but that was it. has the turf been put in place yet?

Is your phase by the roundabout? If so I drove past today and it is still not turfed. They have been working on it for several weeks. Was the pool leaking or something? We are on phase 3A.

Guy, yes its the 1 with the roundabout at the bottom of the hill. there is no leak, from what i know thery are just decorating it.

Gielis, it is phase 3 which is the 1 that looks completely different to eveything els.

Looks to me more than just decorating. They have shipped in a load of soil that was being held near the phase 3 Villas with a mini bulldozer.

Apparently they are supposed to be laying something pretty much the same as Astro turf.

Hi All - many of you seem to need some information regarding where to find the different phases

• We live in Phase 3B (reddish apartments) which is placed 50 meters west and above the roundabout
• Phase 3 villas (some call them Phase 3V) are placed East of Phase 3B. Phase 3V and Phase 3B are separated by a wide road going strait uphill (coated with cement tiles)
• Phase 3A (reddish apartments) is placed further east of Phase 3V
• Phase 4 are the white apartments above Phase 3B

And in Phase 3B we did have many problems with leaks in the pool piping system and loose tiles last year.

Ok I know there were problems with the pool last year as we had to pay 90 euro extra for the pool repair in 3B. But does this mean there are again problems? We get so little information. We all have mail so it can't be too much work to inform the owners. After all we do pay the community fees so I think we are entitled to know what it is used for. Gielis

Just back home after a great and sonny week in Isla Plana

At the pool in phase 2 (below and west of phase 3b and with electrical gate door) they have removed all the turf. Why I do not know.

The pool and pool area in phase 3b seems to be fine and filled with water. A few trees have been renewed last November. The gardener was checking this week.

The extra payment in phase 3b will - according til Euro Casas - be credited as soon as the budget allows.
