I have just been told that I have missed a mortgage payment on my interest only mortgage. As I have lost the original mortgage agreement I'm not sure what the bank will do to me now, I just wondered if anybody has any idea as it is with Bancaja and I have been asking but not getting a response. After 6 months and still not getting a rental agreement sorted out I have been trying to sell but there are no interested buyers out there. I just want to get free of this mortgage burden now as I can't even afford to go or stay in my apartment. I will be relieved if the bank reposess the apartment but I guess that won't be enough for them. If anyone has an idea of what is likely to happen next I would appreciate a warning!
