The Commerce Court of Murcia, in charge for the Insolvency Proccess of Huma Mediterráneo, has appointed the creditors conference for next 1st July.
We know the company has placed a Covenant proposal before the Courts, that will be voted in that conference.
We'll be there to vote in the name of our clients.
Regardless that, we believe the best way to recover the amounts paid is claiming the banks you sent the monies to, that didn't issue BGs or check your money was guaranteed by a third person.
