Hello to you all and my apologies if this request is outside of forum rules.Ihave been a member here for quite some years now but to be honest I have not been here in a while.I am an out of pocket investor in the almanzora country club development fiasco and I am out another fortune in legal fees obtaining a worthless judgement against Huma.
I have been following recent developments since December and have summoned up the strength to try again for the return of my money.My position is I had no bank guarantee after paying my deposit into banco popular.
Does anyone have or know of anyone who has or had a bank guarantee from banco popular in respect of this development.If so could you please let me know the a/c number in popular to which your deposit was paid.I want to see if it is the same a/c I paid into and never received a guarantee.Please even reply by private message or post on forum. thanks Paddy McCoy
