They should point out in their advert that after you have worked up a sweat you can cool down in the pool outside. Thats a selling point that most of their rivals cant match!

However they need to do something about that bedding..... and possiby book a waxing session at Leannes Salon!

Proves one thing. Not only can I not spell but I do not understand computers either.

I tried to get onto the page via your link & my computer crashed.

I have not tried again as I would hate for my computer to crash again but from the PM`s I have received it looks as if many have gone onto the link & the photo`s are not for the light hearted.

To be honest I thoughtit was a wind up.

We do get many wind up merchants on EOS & it just looked like another one.

My concern now is that if it is as sordid as many say it is then this is not going to encourage future buyers.

i love Condado & hope to be over again very soon.

If it was in our Jardin, to be honest I dont know how I would feel.

If it was an apartment owned by Gay people who just wanted to meet up & make new friends I would not be bothered but if it is a Brothel & again I am not against them as long as they are legal & medically covered  i would be saying find somewhere more discreet, maybe buy a place out in the country side, Maybe buy a finca. They would not offend people then.

Of course unless there is actual proof that it is actually happening & not just a paper excersize to see if there is an interest I doubt if anything can be done.

For me,  this will be my last comment on this subject.

so, underpar,  how would you express concerns?.  Isn't letting other owners know what is happening on the resort what forums like this are for?  Anyway, as general dis-interest seems to rule i'll ignore it, just glad i'm not on J12.

I'm not against informing other owners. It's the way it's being done.

Links to the webpages could be provided by PM rather than publically posted here. Providing a link direct to obscene/pornographic images (which one of the weblinks does) could also be against EOS terms and is not sensible (e.g. children could be viewing this forum as EOS don't require an age limit, just that you have an email address). Whoever's opened the link could have such images now stored on their computer unless they clear their temporary files cache.

There's no need to use the 'B' word in the title either. Even if there isn't one here (now or in the future) many may think there is because of this topic.

Contacting a resort President and Mileniun should be the first step (there are community rules each resident has to follow) followed by using more common sense on EOS forums.

I have to say in my defence that when I was told about this I was concerned about it.  Maybe I did jump in to quick but this was because of wanting it looked into. I regret putting a link up but if I just said something it would have been taken as a joke. I have learned my lesson and will in future not bother unless it is about someone's dog poo or nicked pants. As that seems to be the thing that gets most people going.  If someone can tell me how to stop this thread I will.  We can all go back then to living in oblivion and just gob off like some people have. Warning all computers which children use should have an adult filter on them.

I think some people are over reacting; it’s simply one guy selling an intimate service in the privacy of his own apartment. The Spanish economy is in a very bad state and jobs for the young in the area are hard to come by. I am sure this was not his first career choice.

I also don’t imagine there will be ques of undesirables outside the apartment, any increases in crime or anti social behaviour. I am quite confident that sex has occurred in 90% of the apartments in Condado, so what is different here? Are people upset that it’s Gay Sex, Sex with strangers or Sex for money?

You need to check Spanish Law and the rules of the development, if he is breaking a law or rule, you may be able to stop this guy, otherwise you will have to move on to things you can influence.

Considering Condado has harboured a violent fugitive drug dealer and had numerous burglaries, this guy trying to make ends meet is pretty insignificant by comparison.
