I believe under the data protection laws CCTV can only show common areas of a resort and cannot ever cover publis roads ( vechicle recognition ) or private areas sish as balconies?

we are a multilayer community with 3 levels of president.  The meetings of the top level board, level 2, are attended by the presidents of the lower level ( 2 ).  So can a level 2 president who is unable to attend give their proxy to someone else?   Our statutes have no mention of presidents being represented by a proxy holder.

This was discussed at the AGM, Mileniun stated that the owners who sent them their proxies did so as they trusted them to vote on their behalf,  the proxies were used to vote yes to the accounts and budgets.  Some of the owners asked them to show the proxies which they refused to do.    By law the minutes should include details on each vote showing who each owner voted, so when the minutes are published people can validate this info.   This has never been done in the past but ML stated in each AGM, when asked, that they would this year.  We will see.

It seems that many owners do not know of the efforts undertaken by our residents association ( AVCPA ) on our behalf since their formation in June 2015.  Including meetings with the Alhama de Murcia townhall demanding, local bus service, pharmacy and other medial facilities on site, post box, town planning relating to the resort, information on recreational area by La Isla, easier access to School buses etc etc.  below is a link to a translation for the relevant page on the associations website.

Not really.  Simple question is, are the roads within a gated community private or public and are the speed limits enforceable under spainish law?
