Hi. It's very rare that I go into rye on Spain now as Condadoe gas its own Facebook pages. Not sure if anyone git back to you re a key holder. We have used Sparkle who gave office on Al Kazar. We have been with them for around eight years. Highly efficient and trustworthy. They were the first legal keyholding company on Condadoe all those years ago. Hope this helps

You too Darren. Like you we are not out very often now. though i do stay longer.I have a good network of friends who live on site, they have great Tom Tom drums so i dont miss out on much. We are hanging on to our place until prices rise and then hopefuly will sell. Condado is a great place if you know who to keep aqway from but I relised a few years ago that not many Brits bought to soak up the culture but for a need for Blackpool in the Sun. The next purchase, hopefuly will be in a village surounded with Spanish people. L:ook after yourself. Who knows we might bump into each other at  some point. Can I say in closing that I miss your humour x

Hi. I very rarely come onto the Eye on Spain site but what I can give you is an insite to our purchase and how we have found Condado over the years. Yes in the begining EOS was our only port of call to get any info. we bought a two bed off plan and though prices were and still are stupidly reduced we have never regretted it. I am 71 now and often holiday alone. Initialy when Ryan air flight were as low as £4.99 one was and as high as £12.99 return to Birmingham I would have four fourtnightly holiday alone and two weeks mid June with my hubby as he was working then. We have longer holidays now often for four weeks. I then tag in a few more weeks spending some time alone and others with friends who come over to join me. Condado has grown from just one Tapas bar which is now TheCondado Club to having A Polaris Restuarant where Sofias and Funky MOnket is and The CLover. Now we have more eateries an more owners and long term renters on site as well as holiday makers and owners visiting regulaly. Over theyearswe hve et and made some great friends. Some we even meet up with in the UK. Neither my hubyor I are golfers but bought becauseof the security. Iam often seen sitting outside ur  dor reading well after every one has gone to bed. I am nevr afraid. Its a safer place to be than where we live and we live in a very salubrious are. Hope this helps. Get back to me if you want more answers

Wow Daren Wilkes. What a blast from the past. I often wondered if you were still around. Ive not seen your name on any of the Condado Face book pages. Not sure if the info I can give on here will be exceptable but all is comon knowledge now or so I though. If you are interested I need to take you back a few years so get a drink an a compfy seat.

About 8/9 years ago there was talk of a Property managemeny company opperating on Condado that was ilegal The ompany was Millitary breaks. The owner often mentioned his company on here and I and others often chalengedhim about being legaly registered. He always said he was. I even said I had looked on the register in the townhall and couldnt find his or the company name on it. but still he maintained the company was registered. IT WASNT. a few years later about 5/6 yr ago an incident took place utside the Clover involving an elderly lady ant two brothers that worked for Mike Collins owner of Millitary Breaks. Not sure why the argument started but they physically attacked her. Luckily the incident was recoded on CCTV and there were witnesses too. The case went tocourt and they were foung Guilty and fined. No idea why they were no imprisoned but maybe thats Spanish Law. Every one expected them to be sacked but oh no Mike kept them on. about two years ago Mike had the gaul to say on Face bk that he had been to the townhalland registered the company only changing the name slightly. Now called Military Breakes Plus. What So you lied all those years. No answer from MIke. Whatsurprised me andmany othersw was that people still chose to stay with him others chose to recommend the company only now we know that most recommendations came from friends and family. Ealier this year wor wen round that a man having chosen to go over to Condado on the spur of the moment didnt notify his propertty managment team. He turned up to find a family stayong there. He got an apology as he was asured it was an admin over sight. he did however tell lots of people on site and chose another compay then a few months ago somehing similar hapened. Owner turned up to find signs of a man living in his apartmant along with a dog. He threatened Court action. whilst this was going on and with the Civil Police on the caase Mike Collins  ( here.s Wally) obsconded. Taking a hell of a lot of money too. Todate no one knows where he has gone to. Belive that if you are stupid. Military Breaks is now being run by two members of his staff. To be honest I know very little of them but I still wouldntuse or recommend them as the two other directors are the buly boys who broke theold ladies arm. I know every one  is entitled to have a second chance but I gather the two brothers had a bad reputation in the UK too.  Hope there are not to many spelling mistakes but I am in a bit of a hurry
