Endesa have just stung me 25 euros for this. Apparently energy customers are required to opt out of standard tariffs and into "free market" tariffs. EXCEPT no one knows about this. Thousands of people getting this surcharge either on their bill (at lewast Endesa itemises it) or built into their tariff. How do you find out? Will try to post this on general forums too.
