We've just used Alex Bellis-Brown who is www.costadelsky 666394707. He's a young guy, English born, Spanish brought up, so totally bilingual, AND he's qualified as an Electrician in Spain. The circuitry is entirely different to the UK's but has it's own logic which is why many English electricians on the Costa struggle.
He does dishes too but we used him for electrics.
