visit to condado

hi ,

was wondering if there anyone who could share there experience on a viewing...i.e would anyone meets us at airport or do we make are own way there? and what would be the best way to get there from alicante or murcia ?

If you have pre booked some viewings via an agent I would suggest you liaise with them as most agents will assist in one form or another with transportation.

Alternativly pre book yourself a car hire from one of the many available to you at all the Airports, most of the car hire companies will also hire out sat nav.

Polaris are great to deal with...... till they have your money.

I agree with Darren, although I never got quite as far as giving Polaris my money. I went through Town and Country Spain, 0034 616 316 324, very helpful from start to finish. They will either meet you and you follow, or they will drive you. Worth a look.

And dont believe the line that agents give you " we all have the same properties"......They dont!

If you need somewhere to stay off site - Hotel La Cumbre in Puerto De Mazzaron. Excellent quality and very cheap - or it was when i stayed there when completing. JF

Faulky is right about the La Cumbre hotel!

We stayed there few weeks ago and it was fantastic and well worth the money!!

Cheap as chips £37 bed and breakfast in a large room!

I completed yesterday and if I had my time again would rent on resort for a week £150-£200.

You will get a better idea of how things are and can sample restaurants and visit the surrounding areas.

You will be best to hire a car so you have transport to investigate the surroundings

Though we bought about four years ago now, we too rented just to get the hang of things though at the time there was very little going on, on Condado

Many owners will happily rent. PM me if you are interested in trying out a two bed
