Anybody know who "SOCAMEX, S.A.U" are

 Hi There,

 

Just noticed in my account that the following organisation has took money out of the account.

Any ideas who they are, only £20, but dont know why? has teh water company changed their name?

 Hi, I believe Socames are actually the parent company...you can still get online billing by Goodling Iberdrola online billing, hope this helps

Hi ,I have just looked online at my bank in La Caixa,and have just found a bill come out for 356 euros,it's come from Socamex S.a.u,can anybody tell me anything about them and why would they take out so much money,we have not been over to our apartment since August last year,,,,has anybody else had any problems with these ,I thought we paid Iberdrola ?i thought everyone that lves in condado de Alhama pays the water bills to them.can anyone help me

Iberdrola is the electric company and Urbaser now called Socamex is the water company.  I had extra money taken out of my account recently although no where near the amount you have had taken and from what I can gather it looks like they took the actual meter reading rather than an estimated reading and charged me accordingly but mine was only 22 euros.  I know some have posted on here that they have been charged excessively and when investigated they had a water leak so you will need to make enquiries

 

Hi Jackie,thanks for that info,yes there was a leek,but through the air conditioning pipes not being installed correctly,I will chase this up ,thanks for all your help,,,Stu
