I read that the high speed rail link has been postponed, not that it would impact a lot of CdA owners directly.

But it may affect overall numbers into Corvera when it does open.

I read it slightly differently in the fact that the AVE line is staying with its original route which is no where near the airport at Corvera as that will cost somewhere in the region of 400 million euros rather than diverting it would cost another 600 million on top.

Whichever, I am at a loss to see where the money is coming from, but we are talking Spain and they don't seem to worry about that. A high speed rail line into the area wherever it goes will be a major advantage and enable people from Madrid to get to here easily in a day and return the same way.
