Community Fees

To any kind soul

Trawled through all our e-mails from Mileniun but cannot find what the new community fees are.  Does anyone know what they are for the penthouses?  We are ground floor penthouse 1. 

I'm only asking because just looked up our bank account and normally it states Community Fee for Penthouse 1 but this time it states we are Jardin V11.

Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Hi, we are 1st floor penthouse 3 and the community fee's are just short of 178 euros.

We pay through CAM Bank, and it shows up as C.A.P.B. on our statement.

Works out at €167.60 per quarter on a 1st floor Penthouse Block 16.

Mmmmmmmmmmm!

Mileniun have taken 216.34 euros from our bank account for Jardin V11.   Will be paying them a visit on Monday morning really hope a red mist doesn't descend on me.

Hubby has informed me I'll go into the supermarket you can go and see Mileniun.  Not surprised anymore when the spanish do things wrong.
