Al Kasar - rental

Hi all, ive been reading the al kasar thread and am really interested to find that its now been sold to the bank consortium. Im seriously looking into the possibility of setting up a business there as i am alrady an owner on naranjos 2. I think if i did set up here it would be very popular on the site, especially as there are so little facilities.

Does anyone know if there are any contact details available to look into renting one of the units, as i dont even know the name of the company that owns them!

If ypou go back to the start of the AL KAZAR thread, when it was about the Al Kazar, you'll see that IRM have taken it over.  You should have received an e-mail from them regarding this if they have your address.  Info also posted on Jill and Terry's site.

The commercial units at Al Kasar are now ready to be leased. After the negotiations with Polaris World IRM have now released the commercial premises for lease. The lease amount and terms are exceptional and I am sure that with the price per square meter requested by IRM we will have many local and some expat involvement soon.
