Ruth and Trevor

Thanks for the detailed update. It's only by us all pushing like this that we are making headway with solving the remaining issues.

Cheers

Adam

Hi All

As many may already know, a meeting was held yesterday (thurs) between the Community and Romanber to discuss the pool and gardens,  the pool has it's official opening on Sat 23rd July and will be opened until the end of Sept.

The opening times are 11am -9pm Sun- Thurs, 12noon- 10pm Fri-Sat  until September when the hours may be shorter.  There  will be lifeguards on duty to keep an eye on things and ensure only those owners and guests are allowed entrance, as well as looking after the pool.

We have had it confirmed the price to all owners will be 80e, which will be taken in 3 payments;

1st early August 30e

2nd early September 30e

3rd early October 20e

This cost I understand to also cover the gardens, although I not sure what happens after the end of September.  Will the pool still be available on a user beware basis (no lifeguards) or for that matter earlier in the morning during the summer. Likewise is that the complete cost to look after the gardens for the whole year?

Perhaps if anyone is visiting Arcos soon they can ask Mercedes the Phase 1 administrator those questions plus of course how we actually pay, especially those of us who aren't in existing communities and so don't have any arrangement in place. I guess it's her job to chase those that don't want to pay as they may feel that either they won't be using the pool or in fact they won't be visiting during the time that the pool is open.

regards

Trevor

Hi all...Interesting point Ruth......it will need clarification as to pool payments for those owners who avoid the heat & don't let out for holiday lets.....??Or is it based on each owner contributing regarless of using the facility ??john.

I'm pretty sure it's expected that if you purchase a property in a Community with a swimming pool, that you will contribute to the running of that pool. At the end of the day there's no way to police who does/doesn't use the pool, and the fact that there is a pool helps maintain the value of all of our investments.
