Can't help I'm afraid...I too have been trying to reach him as we have some half finished work......i saw from other e mails that he may have gone off to work elsewhere in Spain & plans to return....but it's pretty poor that he doesn't communicate with people who have entrusted him to hold keys to their properties....in my view.

Hi all...just a note to see if others have raised this at all or share my concerns.....it is easy to get yourself locked out on your terrace as there is no way of opening from the outside...is everyones like this ??Seems to me the locks are more suited to widows than doors.........this was in my snagging but nothing has been done about it....

Hi all...Interesting point Ruth......it will need clarification as to pool payments for those owners who avoid the heat & don't let out for holiday lets.....??Or is it based on each owner contributing regarless of using the facility ??john.

Worth checking out ikea too as they have a range of out door furniture etc.ikea seemed better value to me...Bricor is expensive but they do have a lot of choice.......the shop is enormous.......john.

Hi all.....just to venture off the tapas theme a tad but still foodie.....the white wine Barbadillo from Sanlucar is the most popular white wine in Sain apparently....known as "the  fish wine" presumably as it goes a treat with fish (rather than tasting like it !)....We often would buy this dry white when in Arcos...but recently discovered a local Arcos dry white which is a lovely drop.....light & very seco.....called La Tierra Blanca....( The White Earth)........it costs about 3.50 e a bottle & is in Carrefour...john.
