No more updates re utilities other than "Electric and water should be connected in the next two weeks." Where have we heard that before. We were told that since the first phase the government introduced a new requirement that all new build must have solar heating. Apparently when the water supply is routed properly via the meter there will be some free hot water vis solar panel to help reduce gas bills. Apparently it's all connected up.
