Parking and Storage Phase 1

Hi all,

Has anyone had a surprise demand re storage and parking in connection with a phase 1 apartment?   We have just received, from Luis Mendez, notification that we now have to pay for completion on our parking and storage - this means IVA, notary fees etc.  And comes to a considerable amount.  We thought this had all happened when we completed 4 years ago.  However, apparently because the storage and parking allocated to us came into the phase 2 part of the underground parking area completion had taken place because it wasn´t ready. 

Has anyone else had a similar surprise demand?

We can't help with this specific issue. All we can say is that there is quite a lot of water / flooding in the basement and no electric on down there at the moment. Also, we spoke to Salvador and he told us the arm on the garage door is faulty and needs repairing so there is no access from the street. I would not be in a hurry to pay anything until the work was done.
