Hi All in Phase 3B
We have 90 apartments in the community. 49 owners pay their share to the community. The rest - partly owned by Atlantia (or a bank) are not paying. This means that expences are divided into 49 parts instead of 90 - meaning extra costs of 100%
Atlantia has left unpaid bills to the community for water consumption in the pool and pool area. Because of this Aquagest has stopped the water supply for the pool area.
So please - pay your part - if you want the pool area to be operational and green..:-))
