GENERAL REGULAR MEETING - 90 viv

I have just received an email inviting me to attend a meeting on January 29.

Its from Peter Euro Casas.

The agenda includes items 4 and 5 where:

FOURTH: Legal actions against developer and constructers.

FiTHT: Settlement debt balances, information about complaints filed in the Court, authorization to start legal court actions.

I cannot see any posts on the forum in respect of this meeting.

Can anyone provide some more information on these agenda items?

I would assume this is an annual community meeting. Which phase are you on? Not sure which phase Eurocasas have Admin responsibility for any longer.

This invitation is for phase 3 (90) apartments.

Of these 90 apartments a large number has not been sold/transferred and are in possession of the project developer.

The monthly community fee must be paid by all owners, so also by the project developer who seems to be a slow/bad payer and therefore (amongst others?)  complaints will be filed in court.

We have just completed last week on an apartment on Phase 3B, how do I add myself to the distribution list, or contact the community president??

We havent received any completion paperwork yet from the lawyer, I guess we wont until we next fly out in February???

I am a recent occupant of a phase 3 apartment and its the annual meeting.

I note the action is against the developer.

Looks like I can go with the requested authorisation for non attendance.
