Now - according to Pedro - all the drain covers are repaired. Please check when you go for a walk.
Regarding the electrical cabinets no answer yet.

Have you seen if they have repaired anything?
I also told Pedro, that all drain covers make heavy noise when cars passes. Very disturbing especially at night. Suggested to put rubber sealings under the covers to reduce the noise
By the way: you can buy a special 3-angular key for the electrical cabinet at Bricka (Pepelino) for 2 euros. Think it is size 7 mm, but you can go back and change it to the right size.

I have to see all the damages you are talking about, so I am going during this week to see it.
The maintenance of the electrical cabinets belongs to iberdrola, I have to see the damage and see how can be repaired.
The locks in the electrical cabinets belong to iberdrola, they install them and they must be locked, nobody can touch the cabinets, all the electricity companies has a key to open them, and also iberdrola has some electricians in all the areas to repair the fuses if they are spoiled.
I will write you back once I see all the damages. If a precise your help how can I get in touch with you? Do you have a mobile to phone you?

We are in Mojon Hills now. Regarding the drain covers in the drive way at the high wall.
The foundation is damaged and the cover is dangerous for walking people. You must arrange to get it fixed asap.
The wall in our electric cabinet in front of our apartment) is cracked. This means that there is a lot of water inside. This corrodes the fuses and power is lost.
Please get it fixed.
Utility company has installed locks on some electrical cabinets. It does not work. If we need to change a fuse, we can not enter into the cabinet.
Please tell them that they must remove the locks.
