Hi everyone are you all still hanging in there

i have had no news dont know whats going on as you prob know i have won in court but not had a penny back yet

just emailed my lawyer to see whats happening and waiting for reply

I have just been sat in the background not being able to do much. I can't afford to do the solicitors thing, so i just hope that something is done in our favour.

Im still here checking in from time to time.  Still waiting to hear any update from our solicitors...i expect no news is good news and as things are just sooo slow over there - prob nothing happened anyway....keep at it phil....u should be getting some kind of explanation by now from lawyer eh!!

 So much time has passed now since this mess started.  Does anyone know what is happening to the unfinished building, I dread to think what it looks like now. With it being so close to completion I'm surprised another developer didn't come along and take over the project.  Are Urbassa still operating/building other developments?

I was wondering if there was a way to find out what assets Urbassa has to give us more ammunition in court.  We have not been financially able to hire a solicitor as all our money has been sucked into this black hole.

With so many members in this group it's a shame there isn't something we could have done as a collective but the greedy solicitors wanted money on an individual basis even though we are in the same boat.

i have won in court and my solicitor has said urbasa dont have any assets but the courts are suppose to be still looking for assets

dont know yet what is happening to amarion 111 but trying to find out

not looking to good at the moment but i am not going to give up on this

Snowqueen we were there around 6 weeks ago to have a look, the development looks like it’s been bombed, totally worthless now also the development opposite ours is going the same way, at the town side the other new development  there is hardly any signs of  use with no sign of anybody living there a  few with for sale signs but that’s it.The garden at the back is now well overgrown, such a shame seeing decay like this the local council should hang their heads in shame the area is a utter disgrace to the area .

there was doors windows now everything has gone

what a shame , wonder if when they went into liquidation everything had to be sold or has it been pinched

DID YOU MANAGE TO EVENTUALLY GET ANY UPDATE FROM YOUR SOLICITOR AFTER CONFIRMATION THAT YOU WON IN COURT!

AM STILL WAITING FOR SOME/ANY NEWS FROM OUR SOLICITOR...ITS REALLY NOT GOOD ENOUGH. 

IM STILL HANGING IN THERE UNTIL CASE CLOSED...BELEIVE ME

not heard anything , going to get back onto lawyer after new year see if he know's anything

i cant see them bull dozing the building , to much money spent on it

there again i cant see them building it back up spain is in a bad way at moment

HAVING BOUGHT ANOTHER PROPERTY IN ALMORADI AFTER NOT WANTING TO LOSE THE DREAM, I CAN TELL YOU THAT THE BUILDING HAS BEEN SYSTEMATICALLY STRIPPED OF ANYTHING THAT CAN BE SOLD.

THERE ISN'T ANY METAL DOORS ON THE ROOF OR ANY PIPEWORK LEFT, ALL THE WONDOWS AND SHUTTER HAVE NOW ALL GONE AND BECAUSE A MALE FELL AND DIED IN THERE THE TOWN HALL HAD THE ENTRANCES BRICKED UP BY THE ORIGINAL OWNER OF THE LAND BECAUSE HE GOT THE LAND BACK WITH THE BUILDING ON IT BECAUSE HE HADN'T BEEN PAID EITHER

MY VIEW IS THAT THE BEST THING WOULD BE TO KNOCK IT DOWN NOW BECAUSE THERE ARE SO MANY EMPTY NEW APARTMENTS FOR SALE - WE HAVE SEEN SOME FOR 25K IN THE ESTATE AGENTS WINDOWS - NO-ONE WILL TAKE THIS ON AND REPAIR IT.

THE ORIGINAL BANK SHOULD HAVE SOME RESPONSIBILTY FOR THIS BECAUSE THEY FORECLOSED ON THE BUILDER AND IF THEY HAD GOT IN TOUCH WITH US ALL, I'M SURE WE COULD HAVE CLUBBED TOGETHER TO GET IT FINISHED - IN 2006 MY APARTMENT JUST NEEDED 2 X BATHROOM SUITES, A KITCHEN AND DOORS - EVERYTHING ELSE WAS THERE.

WE BOUGHT ELSEWHERE IN MAY 2008
