AMARION III IS NOT AN URBASA PROPERTY NOW

Please, be warned that, apart from all the problems and difficulties involved in the case (seizures, building works stopped since 2006), Urbasa has lost the plot of the promotion  in one of the many claims they keep as defendants.

The plot and the building (or "middle building") on it is not in the name of Urbasa any more. 

As always, time is only making worse the situation.

I am in contact with the persons who have won a essential statement to Urbasa in the Court. The new owners are thinking about what to do with the plot and the whole building over it, as many other problems came with this property (debts, seizures, expired building license...).

Unfortunately, the economic situation of Urbasa is really bad, and they are not taking care about buyers, of course, they do not face their creditors... I have just prepared and passed a criminal claim to the Criminal Court in Elche on behalf of two buyers in this promotion.

It is important you take the advice of an independent lawyer, you can give to your current lawyer my contact details, I can talk with them about this matter and join the case, if it is possible and useful for you.

Thank you Patricia.  This is such a problem, let me give it some thought and I'll be back in touch with you.  Your advice is much appreciated as there are so many people caught up in this.

I know what you mean... The worst point about all the buyers involved in this problem is that most of them have not the slightest idea of what is happening with this promotion.

It is important they get contact with their lawyers (NO PALMERA LAWYERS) and check the situation.
