This invitation is for phase 3 (90) apartments.

Of these 90 apartments a large number has not been sold/transferred and are in possession of the project developer.

The monthly community fee must be paid by all owners, so also by the project developer who seems to be a slow/bad payer and therefore (amongst others?)  complaints will be filed in court.

We were in our appartment at Mojon Hills for last 4 weeks and we used a Vodafone prepaid card (in a sony ericsson wireless modem but also vodafone can supply one) and all the time we had an hdspa connection,  very fast and reliable. Excellent (english speaking) service from Vodafone shop in Puerto Mazarron (near Mercadona supermarket).

I recently took some photos of phase 4 and surroundings you find them under uploaded photo's may 4 and 13. All photos were taken early may 2009.

Excellent building site very professional contractor building to high (also safety) standards.

Also our appartment in phase 3 (from where I took the photos) are of high quality, I am very satisfied.

We have been invited to complete on phase 3b early september, did more people receive invitation to complete?
I uploaded some photo's of phase 3b to give an idea about the infrastructure
