Have you received any minutes from the last general meeting at the pool??
I have asked Peter from Eurocasas several times without luck.

Our good English neighbours sent us an update from the last general meeting at the pool.
Approx. 18 owners attended and nothing was done from Eurocasas to involve / inform the non-spanish owners who were present.
We have the feeling, that Eurocasas and Atlantia are running bussiness together to keep out of trouble (from the remaining owners). There are many community issues in the pipe line which has not been solved - such as street signs, post boxes, pool pipings leaking etc. - and to be financed by Atlantia...!?
It seemes that Atlantia still owns 31 apartments and does not contribute to the community budgets.
I think it would be a good idea to collect all owners names and e-mail addresses for Phase 3B to start a forum to exchange information, collect issues for the community and to discuss general problems regarding Atlantia, Eurocasas and the community in general.
We received the invitation for the meeting 4 days prior to the meeting. But the original invitation was send to Eurocasas 14 days earlier. Their excuse was, that the translator was out of Spain! We simply do not buy that explanation, but believe it is a way to keep us away from the meetings.
And we know from a villa owner in the villa area next to Phase 3B that they have the same problems. The had their meeting the same day and their administrator is Eurocasas.
Please send your name and e-mail addresses to my mail box. If you know your neighbours name/e-mail address you might send these too. Many owners do not visit this forum yet. And I believe that many owners did not get the invitation.
If you have any ideas how to manage this please do not hesitate to add them.
And if you have the names/e-mail addresses of the board members please add them as well.
