Can anyone recommed trustworthy agents that can deal with Key Holding and Cleaning services.

Alternatively are there any Mojon residents that carry out such services.

Thanks for these comments.

I am a recent occupant of a phase 3 apartment and its the annual meeting.

I note the action is against the developer.

Looks like I can go with the requested authorisation for non attendance.

I have just received an email inviting me to attend a meeting on January 29.

Its from Peter Euro Casas.

The agenda includes items 4 and 5 where:

FOURTH: Legal actions against developer and constructers.

FiTHT: Settlement debt balances, information about complaints filed in the Court, authorization to start legal court actions.

I cannot see any posts on the forum in respect of this meeting.

Can anyone provide some more information on these agenda items?
